Bonelust

Do I have...bonelust? Indeed, I do!  Recently found aritist Jana Miller's Bonelust, which documents her odd collections and practices.  We could be good friends. I'm going to try her bone bleaching method very soon....ooh so good.

Today's Science Lesson: This Is A Well Gnawed On Boar Skull I Wedged Between Two Trees. I Toss Bones In The Woods As Well. Why? For Squirrels & Other Wildlife That Rely On Them For Minerals & Other Nutrients They Can't Get In Their Normal Diet.

Work.Crates.

Stockpiling materials isn't a bad thing...however, there needs to be a little order amid the chaos.  This week, Geoff and I began ripping slats and sides for miniature crates.  They'll house some of my more weathered materials under my new workbench.

My space is becoming a bit more limited on campus recently.  I've been working out alternatives.  Working from home might be one solution. And it really helps that Geoff has been beefing up his garage-turned-woodshop with more and more tools.
